Toll-Free Numbers

Step 1: Type Area Code

Toll-Free number area codes include 800, 888, 877, 866, 855, 844, and 833. These numbers allow both calls and text messages.

Step 2: Choose Number

Step 3: Set up voicemail greeting or call forwarding. Toll-Free numbers can be used for text messaging after they are verified.

Local Numbers
Step 1. Select a new phone number from the Jaya dashboard, by typing the area code first.

Some major city area codes include New York (646), Los Angeles (818), Las Vegas (702), San Francisco (415), Chicago (312), but any area code with available numbers will work.

Step 2. Select voicemail or forwarding. If you select voicemail, create and upload a voicemail greeting.

Step 3. Call your phone number to verify that it works.
