Creating a Voice Greeting for your Phone Number

Record a Voice Greeting

The first thing you’ll need to do is record a voice greeting. The instructions for recording a voice greeting can be found on our knowledge base. 

To add a voice greeting, create and upload an audio file. Once you have recorded your greeting, you’ll need to save it to your device. You can use this Voice recorder to create the audio file.

Instructions: Click the Mic button to start recording. Once finished, click stop and then the Download button. Upload the MP3 as the voice greeting on your Jaya dashboard.

Add Your Voice Greeting to Jaya App

This can be done in just a few simple steps:

1. Log in to your Jaya App account

2. Click the blue "Manage Account" button in the top right corner of the Dashboard

3. Click the "Edit" button to the right of the phone number.             
   
   

4. Select "Voice Greeting" from the dropdown

5. Add the file you want to use for your greeting

6. Click “Save” to confirm your changes.
